Pedestrian movement is predominantly on a Central Avenue with smaller laneways branches off in the shape of a “fish bone”, connecting city streets and pedestrian street along water front. We’ve also created wedding and theatre squares at different points to encourage exploration and enhance connections with surrounding landscape.
A total of 21 buildings with different interpretations of the Chinese Style dots the block and uses a diverse set of materials to create a diverse appeal of the streetscape. Each facade is also designed to reflect the needs and requirements of each individual unit, while keeping the design language united throughout. (Text from Archtiects)
