The building’s linear form uses a tiered, stepped-back approach to create a variety of layered outdoor spaces for both staff and visitors. By bringing plants up the building’s vertical surfaces and onto its rooftops, this design minimizes the distance between people and nature, letting those inside the headquarters find delightful surprises throughout the building. The office cluster on the other side features a “living room” composed of open public spaces. These spaces are presented in the form of landscaped bridges, external traffic flow lines, and activity terraces, effectively connecting the two buildings and bringing people closer together.
