The building responds differently to the urban interface at different elevations, and the architects have created a segmented façade design. The ground floor adopts a curved shape, wrapping and fashionable at the same time cleverly attracting the crowd; the upper part adopts a modern right-angle façade, which is conducive to the flexible use of space. The site naturally forms two outward civic plazas at the two ends, and the open stay area integrates the citizens’ living scenes into them, making up for the lack of public activity space around the base while enhancing the overall commercial vitality.
