Jin Ding · Xing Yuan is the hub of Jin Ding Tian Di in Shanghai Jinqiao. This ecological and vibrant complex connects the entire city sub-center’s business, entertainment, education and residential groups through waterfront spaces and an pedestrian bridge system. As a powerful practice of the mountain-and-water city design concept, the multi-functional building group looks like staggered peaks that organically grow out of the water’s edge. The three-dimensional landscape platform system allows the public to ascend from the waterfront, and this space between people and nature extends upward to the top of all the towers.
