The Qiantan Shanghai Pudong residential blocks and towers are positioned around the generous central garden creating a quiet and peaceful oasis for residents to promenade and relax on their way to enter the buildings. The three residential towers are located parallel to the river to maintain a formal visual street frontage. To permit extensive views over the Huangpu River and distant views back to Shanghai and the Lujiazui skyline from deeper within the development, the towers are staggered, with chamfered building corners maximising these view corridors.
