The building gradually rises in steps from near to far, naturally forming multiple terrace spaces. Continuous stairs connect the platform spaces together, forming a complete flow route from the ground level to the top level, from outdoor to indoor. The program of the platform is also activated by the continuous moving flows, turning it into a real space where people want to stay.
